Since joining CapitalStream in December 1998, Dirks has used his extensive background in software engineering, product delivery, and large enterprise project management to further CapitalStream's success. Prior to CapitalStream, Dirks served as vice president of engineering for Endura Software, where he led all aspects of product design, construction, and product deliver of enterprise supply chain management systems. He holds a Bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Washington.
