Kevin Paul Riegelsberger, President
and CEO
Riegelsberger’s 25-year track record leading technology
organizations to significant growth and profitability
has provided him with the skills, experience and vision
to lead CapitalStream to success in the burgeoning
financial front office automation market.
Before joining the company, Riegelsberger founded
one of the industry’s leading financial and ERP software
application providers, Platinum Software Corp. (now
known as Epicor).

In his 15 years at Platinum the company grew from
a 7-person startup to a publicly traded company with
nearly $300 million in revenue. At Platinum Riegelsberger
held various senior-level executive positions in operations,
sales, channel development and technology development,
and was responsible for all international operations
with approximately $100 million in revenue and 350
employees located in all major international markets.
Riegelsberger studied computer science at the University
of Dayton and the University of California, Irvine,
and has served as board director for both public (Platinum
Software) and private companies.

William J. Hughes, Jr., Chief Operating Officer (COO)
With more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software and services,
Hughes oversees Product Development, Professional Services,
Quality Assurance, Customer Support, Finance and Hosting Services.
Prior to joining CapitalStream, Hughes was executive vice president
of operations at Corillian, a leading provider of online banking solutions.
He oversaw Corillian's turn to profitability as he managed Engineering,
|
Professional Services, QA, Customer Support, Hosting and Account Management.
Earlier in his career, Hughes was with IBM, formerly Sequent, where he was
responsible for managing ecommerce infrastructure and architectural consulting
services. Hughes was also with NCR where he lead the team that architected and
developed some of the first standards-based (CMIP and SNMP) distributed systems
and network management products.
Hughes received his Bachelor of Science degree in computer science at
North Carolina State University and earned his Master’s of Computer Science at
Georgia Institute of Technology.

Michael Pennell, Executive Vice President,
Sales & Marketing
With more than 15 years of experience in financial and enterprise software applications, Pennell is CapitalStream’s executive vice president of sales and marketing. He leads the sales and marketing team and is responsible for the companies marketing strategy and business development.
Prior to joining CapitalStream, Pennell served as
vice president of product marketing at Epicor Software
where he was responsible for defining and communicating
the company's overall product strategy.

Pennell built and managed a large product marketing
team responsible for market research, market positioning,
analyst relations, competitive analysis, product planning
and sales support. In addition, Pennell was a manager
at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he directed
a variety of strategy and system implementation projects
in the United States, Europe and Latin America.
Pennell earned his Bachelor of Science degree in
operations research and industrial engineering, and
his Master's of Business Administration at Cornell
University.

Herve Marzio, Vice President, Professional Services
With more than 15 years of software implementation and client service leadership, Herve Marzio is responsible for Capitalstream’s professional services offering including software implementation, business consulting and technology consulting. Marzio has built and managed large client service teams that have successfully implemented large-scale enterprise systems across a broad range of enterprises including large banks and financial institutions.
Marzio comes to CapitalStream from Corillian Corp., a leading provider of online banking, payment and security solutions to the financial services industry, as the executive responsible for consulting and implementation at strategic accounts, he successfully developed the teams and best

practices that ensured repeatable success for all implementations while also increasing profitability and customer satisfaction. Marzio was instrumental in developing and instituting many of the policies and methodologies that enabled the impressive growth of the organization. Earlier in his career, Marzio was with Lucent Technologies where he was responsible for the release of its next generation voice mail platform, targeted for leading fixed and wireless telephone providers.
Marzio earned his Master's degree in Electrical Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta.
